An ORAX Systems bracket set for two LED lamps in the original grille of the facelifted Ford Transit V363 (2019 on), designed around the OSRAM Lightbar MX250-CB (390 × 86 × 54 mm). 3D printed in black UV- and heat-resistant material. Lamps not included.
The facelifted V363, often called the Mk9, got a visibly different front end — and with it a different grille, which older solutions do not fit. The need has not changed: get somewhere after dark where the tarmac ends, and see more than the factory dipped beam shows.
This set places two LED lamps inside the original radiator grille. The van does not grow by a centimetre, keeps its outline and collects no branches on a roof bar.
The brackets were designed around the OSRAM Lightbar MX250-CB, measuring 390 × 86 × 54 mm. Other LED lamps of similar size and mounting pattern are allowed by the manufacturer — compare dimensions and mounting method before choosing a different model.
ORAX Systems prints these parts in 3D from black material resistant to UV and elevated temperature. On a van with this front-end profile that matters concretely: the grille stands almost vertical, so for half the year it takes sun at a right angle, while the radiator heats it from behind under load.
Fitting requires cutting away selected parts of the original radiator grille. The MX250-CB is 390 mm long, so the space genuinely has to be made. Before you pick up a tool: assemble the brackets with the lamps dry, offer them up to the grille and mark what has to go — the grille cannot be restored afterwards. A complete set of mounting bolts is included.
The offer covers the brackets and bolts only. LED lamps are not included.
For owners of a V363 from 2019 on — panel van, crew bus or camper conversion — who work after dark and value a vehicle that looks unchanged from the outside.
