KC lists bumper and overhead mounting.

KC HiLiTES Gravity Titan 39" - 6-Light LED Bar

Run fast after dark and the factory headlights give up a few dozen metres ahead of the bonnet, so you slow down to the speed you can actually see. This 39-inch Gravity Titan bar changes the maths: six lights in a combo beam produce 17,832 lm and a manufacturer-quoted beam distance of 856 m.

Each light carries both white and amber LEDs, and a complete Plug-N-Play harness with a 3-position switch is in the box. The housing is rated IP68 and runs on 9-36 V, so it works on 12 V and 24 V systems alike. KC lists two mounting positions for this bar: bumper and overhead.

Key benefits

  • 17,832 lm and 732,000 cd from six lights - the combo beam mixes long-throw spot with wide 40-degree coverage, so you do not need to pair two lights with different optics.
  • 856 m beam distance as quoted by KC - far enough that you see an obstacle well before you reach it.
  • White and amber LEDs - KC lists both LED colours for this bar, and a 3-position switch comes with the harness.
  • IP68 sealing - water crossings, pressure washing and winter road salt are not an issue for the housing.
  • 9-36 V supply - the bar runs on 12 V and 24 V systems, drawing 19.74 A at full output.
  • Plug-N-Play wiring in the box - no separate harness or switch to source.

Who it is for

For someone who drives fast after dark and away from tarmac - desert trails, night runs in a convoy, racing. Six lights across 39 inches is a size made for a UTV roof or the bumper of a larger off-road vehicle. KC lists this bar as the light in its overhead package for the Polaris RZR Pro R 2022-2025, in 2 and 4 seat versions. If you want to confirm the size will work on your vehicle, message us - we also run a workshop and fit this kind of equipment ourselves.

Installation and notes

KC lists two mounting positions for this bar: bumper and overhead. The dedicated overhead bracket for the Polaris RZR Pro R 2022-2025 is a separate KC part, number 73427 - stainless steel with a black powder coat, 100% bolt-on with no modifications. KC sells the bar and that bracket together as the "Polaris RZR Pro R Gravity LED Light Bar Bundle". The manufacturer does not state any road homologation for this bar - no SAE, no ECE and no DOT - so in this form it is off-road lighting. Warranty: KC states unlimited lifetime coverage for this product under normal use.

Why it is worth it

  • A full set of figures published by the manufacturer - lumens, candela, beam distance and current draw, not multipliers against another series.
  • Harness, switch and light covers in the box - the bar is ready to wire in.
  • IP68 and a 9-36 V supply, so it is built for water, mud and 24 V systems.
