FURY Awaken Series aluminium roof platform for the Jeep Wrangler. FURY states a product weight of 23 kg per piece and dimensions of 163.9 x 133.1 x 8.6 cm, and the platform comes in JK, JL and JT variants. The brackets are adjustable and carry reserved holes for a side tent or awning, rubber buffer blocks sit between the layers, and an adjustable quick-release light bracket runs across the front.

FURY Awaken Series Roof Platform for the Jeep Wrangler

A roof platform costs you twice: once at purchase, and again at every low gateway and every fuel stop. This FURY structure is only 8.6 cm tall across a 163.9 x 133.1 cm footprint, it is all aluminium and it weighs 23 kg per piece. FURY deliberately pulled the platform as close to the roof as possible — to cut wind noise and to avoid building unnecessary height.

The mounting brackets are adjustable, which widens the range of application, and they carry reserved holes for a side tent or awning. Rubber buffer blocks sit between the layers of the platform — FURY names them directly as the fix for vibration and rattle on the move. At the front there is an adjustable, quick-release light bracket, with freely adjustable spacing and bracket count.

Key benefits

  • 23 kg and 8.6 cm tall — weight and profile stated by the manufacturer, and on a roof both numbers are felt the most.
  • Adjustable mounting brackets — FURY presents the adjustment as the way it widens the platform's range of application.
  • Reserved holes for a side tent or awning — built into the brackets and expandable by the user.
  • Rubber buffer blocks between the layers — FURY names them directly as the fix for vibration and rattle.
  • Adjustable quick-release light bracket at the front — spacing and bracket count freely adjustable; FURY references PIAA RF10 series lights.
  • Three variants: JK, JL and JT — chosen at order time; the JK version uses a dedicated rear bracket.

What is in the box

FURY does not publish a contents list. The description implies the mounting brackets are part of the structure, but the manufacturer does not state how many there are, nor whether bolts and an installation guide are included. The lights shown in FURY's own photos are not part of the platform.

Who it is for

For Wrangler owners who carry luggage and camping gear on the roof and want a permanent, flat, low-profile surface for it. The adjustable brackets and the reserved side-tent holes matter if the roof build is going to grow in stages. Not sure which variant — JK, JL or JT — suits your vehicle? Message us before ordering.

Installation and notes

FURY does NOT publish a load rating for this platform — neither static nor dynamic. There is no load figure anywhere in the manufacturer's material. We say it plainly, because it is the most common question about roof platforms: if you are planning a roof tent or a heavier load, the load has to be settled before fitting, and the vehicle's own roof load limit per Jeep's data has to be checked separately. All FURY states is that the brackets have holes reserved for a side tent or awning — that is not the same as a declared rating for a roof tent.

FURY also does not state which points on the vehicle the platform mounts to, whether drilling is required, how high it sits above the roof in millimetres, or whether the Freedom Top panels can still be removed with the platform fitted. There is no type approval or road approval either.

Why it is worth it

  • Real weight and real dimensions from the manufacturer instead of a rounded shipping figure.
  • Adjustable brackets, side-tent holes and an adjustable light bracket — the platform is meant as a starting point, not a closed product.
  • Rubber buffer blocks between the layers: a fix for a specific problem, not a slogan.

Frequently asked questions

What is the platform's load rating?

FURY does not state one at all — neither static (parked) nor dynamic (driving). There is no load figure anywhere in the manufacturer's material. If you are planning a roof tent or a heavier load, that has to be settled before fitting; get in touch and we will try to press the supplier on it.

Can a roof tent be mounted on this platform?

FURY does not declare that use and does not publish a load rating, so we cannot confirm it. What the manufacturer does state is that the brackets have holes reserved for a side tent or awning. With a roof tent you also need to check the vehicle's own roof load limit.

What does the platform weigh and what are the dimensions?

FURY states 23 kg per piece as the product weight and dimensions of 163.9 x 133.1 x 8.6 cm. The declared shipping weight is 100 kg — that is a packaged volumetric figure, not the weight of the platform.

Which models does it fit?

FURY offers three variants: JK, JL and JT — the variant is chosen at order time. The manufacturer gives no model years and no 2/4-door distinction. The JK variant uses a dedicated rear bracket.

Can lights be mounted at the front of the platform?

Yes. FURY describes an adjustable, quick-release light bracket at the front, where the spacing and the number of brackets can be freely adjusted; it references PIAA RF10 series lights as an example. The lights themselves are not part of the platform.
