Tailgate Protection Trim Nissan Navara 2014-2022
Protection trim for the top edge of the tailgate on the Nissan Navara 2014-2022. Black ABS, it takes the scratches that come from loading and unloading the bed. The supplier states its photo is for illustration only. Supplier part number: TXBT 16.003.
Tailgate Protection Trim Nissan Navara 2014-2022
The tailgate edge is where every load gets dragged across. Once the paint is gone it does not come back, whereas a protection trim can simply be replaced.
The supplier assigns this part to the Nissan Navara 2014-2022 and describes it as black ABS with quick, easy fitting. It also notes that its photo is for illustration only.

Fitting and notes
The supplier calls the fitting quick and easy but gives no details and no parts list. Establish whether the trim is bonded with double-sided tape and whether the tape is supplied. For bonding, the edge must be clean and degreased and the temperature above freezing. The stated 4 kg is the distributor's shipping weight, not the weight of the trim.
Frequently asked questions
Does the trim fit the Navara NP300 D23?
The supplier gives model years 2014-2022 only, without naming the generation. The range matches the NP300 (D23), but the supplier does not confirm it explicitly.
Why is the photo marked as illustrative?
That is what the supplier states — it shows the type of product, not necessarily the item for this vehicle. Appearance and texture may differ slightly.
Can the trim be removed without leaving marks?
The supplier does not state the fixing method, so there is no certain answer. With a bonded fit, tape residue usually has to be cleaned off.
