TopFire Fender Flares for Mercedes X-Class

Wider tyres mean a wider vehicle, and a wider vehicle needs something to stop mud and stones at the arch rather than on the next car's doors. This TopFire flare set adds about 6 cm per side and covers whatever sticks out beyond the factory arch line.

The kit contains four pieces — front and rear. The material is 3 mm ER400 ABS with a UV additive, in a fine-textured matt black. The supplier states the shape was developed from 3D scans and CAD work, and that the flexible construction is harder to crack on impact.

Fitting and notes

The flares mount to factory points — the supplier states there is no need to pierce the panels. It does not, however, give the X-Class model years the kit fits, nor whether it works with arch-mounted parking sensors and surround-view cameras. Bear in mind too that widening a vehicle beyond its factory outline is a registration matter in Poland — the supplier includes no approval document with this kit.
