Fender Flares — Ford Ranger Raptor 2023+
The Raptor leaves the factory with narrow flares that end where serious rubber begins. This set replaces them with full-size arches adding around 13 centimetres per side — enough to cover a wider tyre.
In the photo the flares are smooth, with no decorative bolts, and carry an even edge right around the arch. The colour is matt grey, but the supplier allows painting to any shade.

Fitting and notes
Remove the factory narrow flares, front and rear, before fitting. The new parts go onto the bare arch and clip into the factory points.
On vehicles built after 2024 the sensors may be placed differently — on the face of the bumper rather than on its side as on earlier model years. In that case the supplier says to use a blanking plug for the side hole. Check your bumper before ordering.
An extra 13 cm per side is roughly a quarter of a metre more overall width. Before fitting the set, check whether the vehicle's width still matches the figure in the registration document and how that is treated at a roadworthiness test.
