Door Mouldings — Mitsubishi L200 / Triton 2015-2023

A set of door mouldings for the fifth-generation L200. Besides the change in looks they shield the lower door skins — exactly the area where a pickup collects stone chips off the wheels and scrapes from kerbs and brush.

In the photo the mouldings form a dark matte band running the full length of both doors, across the lower third of the body. The finish is matte, with no gloss.

Fitting and notes

The mouldings are bonded to the doors — nothing is drilled into the panels. Wash and degrease the surface, and on cold days warm both panel and tape. The supplier names 3M Tape Primer 94 as a bonding promoter but does not list it in the kit.

The supplier does not say how many mouldings are in the set, nor whether it covers the double cab only — the truck in the photo is exactly that body style. Dimensions are missing too. The 10 kg figure is the shipping weight, not the mass of the set.
