TX-KGB14/KGE7 2 inch Suspension Lift — Isuzu D-Max

A spacer kit that raises the D-Max by two inches without replacing springs, dampers or leaf packs. Aluminium spacers go above the front struts, blocks go between leaf spring and axle at the rear, together with longer U-bolts.

The supplier states that the kit does not change ride comfort. Spacers genuinely do not alter spring rate — they move the mounting point, but add neither suspension travel nor load capacity.

Key features

  • Two inches of lift without replacing suspension components
  • Aluminium front spacers, blue anodised and marked D-MAX in the photo
  • Leaf spring blocks and four longer U-bolts included
  • No effect on ride comfort, per the supplier

Fitting and notes

The photos show two blue aluminium spacers with captive studs and nuts, two curved black brackets and — in the second photo — two blue leaf spring blocks and four yellow-zinc U-bolts. The supplier does not explain what the black brackets are for.

Raising the vehicle changes front axle geometry, so an alignment is needed after fitting. With two inches of lift it is worth checking brake line length and damper travel. The supplier supplies no approval paperwork — check before a technical inspection whether the change in ride height has to be recorded.

Frequently asked questions

Which D-Max model years does it fit?

The supplier gives only the model name, with no year range or body version. Confirm the fit before ordering.

What are the black brackets in the photo?

The supplier does not describe them. They are most likely ancillary parts of the kit, but the function has to be confirmed — we are not guessing.

Does the lift increase payload?

No. Spacers raise the body but change neither leaf spring capacity nor the vehicle's gross weight rating.
