The standard tailgate on the Hilux Revo and Rocco simply does not lock. This kit changes that: an actuator wired into the central locking bolts the tailgate together with the rest of the vehicle, from the remote or the standard key you already carry.
The photo shows a central locking actuator with a two-wire loom and a black mounting bracket, and the box is marked „Pop & Lock – Power Tailgate Lock” and „JS 4x4”. The lock mounts in the free space inside the tailgate, so it is not visible from the outside.
