Purelux Panther S300 — LED bar, 30 cm, 144 W, Ref. 30
Two power modes in one bar: off the road PowerBoost gives 9 335 lm and 541 m of reach at 1 lux, while the approved mode runs at 4 773 lm and 384 m. A button on the housing switches between them, with no wiring to change.
Purelux publishes the catalogue figures and Valostore adds its own laboratory measurements, separately for both modes. You do not have to take one number on the box on trust: both sets are below, side by side.

PowerBoost mode 9 335 lm / 541 m | Approved mode 4 773 lm / 384 m | Approvals ECE R10, R148, R149 |
Key benefits
- Two power modes - 136 W @ 24 V in PowerBoost and 53 W @ 24 V in road mode. One bar covers public roads and work off them.
- 541 m of reach at 1 lux, and 1 082 m at 0.25 lux - the level at which the eye still picks out an obstacle. Road mode gives 384 m.
- Measured, not just declared - the maker states 10 500 lm, the Valostore measurement is 9 335 lm.
- 18 x 6 W LEDs - a calculated rating of 144 W.
- 3 W position light in the lower strip, in white and amber.
- 9-36 V DC supply - one version for 12 V and 24 V systems.
- IP69K - rated for high-pressure, high-temperature washing, not just rain.
- DT-2 connector with a 50 cm lead.
- Reference number 30 - the lower it is, the more lamps fit within the permitted total for the vehicle.
- 24 months manufacturer warranty.
Two modes, two sets of figures
| Parameter | PowerBoost | Approved mode |
| Luminous flux | 9 335 lm | 4 773 lm |
| Measured power | 136 W @ 24 V | 53 W @ 24 V |
| Current draw | 5.66 A @ 24 V | 2.2 A @ 24 V |
| Reach at 1 lux | 541 m | 384 m |
| Reach at 0.25 lux | 1 082 m | 768 m |
The manufacturer states plainly that road approval does not cover PowerBoost mode. Treat it as an off-road mode and check the rules where you drive.

Before you order
The measured colour temperature (4 773 K) on the source page is identical to the road-mode lumen figure (4 773 lm), which looks like an error in the supplier's material, so the feature list keeps the manufacturer's declared value.
Who it is for
For 4x4s, pickups and expedition builds where the bar has to work every day. At 29.6 cm wide and 1 327 g it fits a typical bull bar or roof bar. Reference number 30 decides how many lamps fit within the permitted total for the vehicle - tell us what is already on the front and we will add it up. Fitting, loom routing and aiming are jobs our workshop in Warsaw does routinely.
Why it is worth it
- One bar for public roads and off them, with no covers to swap.
- Measured figures next to catalogue ones, so comparison is honest.
- IP69K sealing and a DT-2 connector - built for daily use.
Not sure it fits your bull bar? Tell us the vehicle and we will check.
