Purelux Black Boost S200 — LED bar, 20 cm, 60 W, Ref. 25
Two power modes in one bar: off the road PowerBoost gives 3 726 lm and 403 m of reach at 1 lux, while the approved mode runs at 1 747 lm and 288 m. A button on the housing switches between them, with no wiring to change.
Purelux publishes the catalogue figures and Valostore adds its own laboratory measurements, separately for both modes. You do not have to take one number on the box on trust: both sets are below, side by side.

PowerBoost mode 3 726 lm / 403 m | Approved mode 1 747 lm / 288 m | Approvals ECE: R10, R112 |
Key benefits
- Two power modes - 48.2 W @ 24 V in PowerBoost and 22.8 W @ 24 V in road mode. One bar covers public roads and work off them.
- 403 m of reach at 1 lux, and 806 m at 0.25 lux - the level at which the eye still picks out an obstacle. Road mode gives 288 m.
- Measured, not just declared - the maker states 5 040 lm, the Valostore measurement is 3 726 lm.
- Osram LEDs - a calculated rating of 60 W.
- 9-32 V DC supply - one version for 12 V and 24 V systems.
- IP69K - rated for high-pressure, high-temperature washing, not just rain.
- DT-2 connector with a 50 cm lead.
- Reference number 25 - the lower it is, the more lamps fit within the permitted total for the vehicle.
- 24 months manufacturer warranty.
Two modes, two sets of figures
| Parameter | PowerBoost | Approved mode |
| Luminous flux | 3 726 lm | 1 747 lm |
| Measured power | 48.2 W @ 24 V | 22.8 W @ 24 V |
| Current draw | 4.01 A @ 12 V / 0.95 A @ 24 V | 1.9 A @ 12 V / 0.95 A @ 24 V |
| Reach at 1 lux | 403 m | 288 m |
| Reach at 0.25 lux | 806 m | 576 m |
The manufacturer states plainly that road approval does not cover PowerBoost mode. Treat it as an off-road mode and check the rules where you drive.

Who it is for
For 4x4s, pickups and expedition builds where the bar has to work every day. At 20.4 cm wide and 880 g it fits a typical bull bar or roof bar. Reference number 25 decides how many lamps fit within the permitted total for the vehicle - tell us what is already on the front and we will add it up. Fitting, loom routing and aiming are jobs our workshop in Warsaw does routinely.
Why it is worth it
- One bar for public roads and off them, with no covers to swap.
- Measured figures next to catalogue ones, so comparison is honest.
- IP69K sealing and a DT-2 connector - built for daily use.
Not sure it fits your bull bar? Tell us the vehicle and we will check.
