How does it differ from the Quick Connect "Y"?

This is the Free Flow version for APEX 3/8 braided line. The Quick Connect "Y" (X02-11-009) has two 3/8 hose barbs and connects directly to the Panel Mount fitting, the Precision Tire Inflator and the ON/OFF valve.

Are hoses included?

No. This is the splitter only - braided line and end fittings are sold separately.

Can it inflate four tyres at once?

The splitter divides the hose into two feeds. For four tyres the manufacturer offers the separate quadAIR kit.
