Who it's for
For four-door JL drivers who carry rear passengers, children or a dog — where the step under the rear door matters as much as the front one. They also make sense for anyone who has lifted the car: after a lift the rocker sits high enough that getting in without a step stops being comfortable. If what you want is protection from rocks on a hard trail, look at tubular rock sliders instead — these boards are first and foremost a step.
Fitting and notes
The photo of the fitted set shows brackets bolted under the body edge, two per side, hidden beneath the profile of the board. The product is intended for the four-door body only — the two-door JL needs a shorter version.

The manufacturer provides a 6-month warranty on the paint coating. It does not cover mechanical or chemical damage to the coating, damage caused by the user, or damage resulting from natural wear or normal weathering of the coating, including the effects of the weather (UV radiation, hail and the like).
