The Yolco BCX40 Carbon is a 39 L compressor fridge that cools and freezes from +20°C to -20°C. Power it from the 12/24V socket, 100-240V mains, a PV panel or an optional Yolco battery. It has Bluetooth with an app, a USB port and vehicle battery protection.

39 litres, freezing down to -20°C and four ways to power it: the 12/24V socket in your vehicle, 100-240V mains, a 12-50V PV panel or an optional battery. The Yolco BCX40 Carbon is a fridge for the back of a 4x4 or a camper that you set from your phone over Bluetooth.
The Carbon (graphite) version has an anti-slip lid with spots for bottles or cups, and the LCD control panel includes a 5V/1A USB port. When the engine is off, the fridge can run from the Yolco SX4B modular battery (15600 mAh) or the CSX5 (13000 mAh) or RSX6 (20000 mAh) external battery.

Use cases
- A weekend off-road: the fridge rides in the load area on the 12V socket, and 39 L holds food and drinks for the whole trip without buying ice.
- A campsite with a hook-up: switch to 100-240V mains through the adapter in the box and check the temperature from your phone without opening the lid.

The manufacturer quotes the same average runtime on a 173 Wh battery (MAX 4 h 21 min, ECO 6 h 40 min) for the BCX30, BCX40 and BCX50 despite their different capacities. Treat this figure as indicative.
Modular batteries, external batteries and PV panels are not included.

The fridge has multi-level vehicle battery discharge protection and surge protection, designed for running from the 12/24V socket.
How do I set the temperature?
On the control panel or remotely in the Yolco app (Android/iOS) over Bluetooth 5.0. The adjustable range is +20°C to -20°C.
Does the USB port work when the fridge is unplugged?
No. The USB port charges a phone or tablet only while the fridge is connected to one of its power sources.
