ARB UCA0009 Old Man Emu upper control arms

Available for a range of popular four-wheel drive vehicles, to set the front suspension correctly and to allow for the change in geometry once the vehicle has been lifted. The upper control arms are designed for use with Old Man Emu suspension upgrades and GVM kits, and they have a forged ball joint housing, a free-turning grease and maintenance-free GIIRO bushings.

If a vehicle with Independent Front Suspension (IFS) is lifted, the caster and camber move away from the factory settings. Such vehicles usually have a few degrees of factory adjustment. Adding Old Man Emu upper control arms brings the alignment cams back within an acceptable range for both caster and camber.

Note:
Please note that a wheel alignment will be needed after the upper control arms are fitted. 
If the vehicle has aftermarket tyres or wheels, check the clearance against the guards. 

OME upper control arms give a caster increase of +2.5 to +3.5 degrees and up to 1.5 degrees of additional negative camber (figures based on a lift of about 50 mm or 2 inches).
