A hardtop is meant to be what separates a Samurai from a summer-only toy: warmer, quieter, dry. After a couple of decades it rarely works out that way — water runs down the inside of the rear panel, the hinged side windows no longer sit flush, and in a crosswind you hear everything except the radio. The rubber has simply aged out.
This kit settles all of it in one go. It covers the doors and drop glass, and also the parts a canvas car does not even have: the hinged side window seals and the rear screen seal.
