- Out-of-Stock
An ORAX Systems bracket set for two LED lamps in the original grille of the 2014-2019 Ford Transit Mk8 / V363, designed around the OSRAM Lightbar VX180-SP SR (192 × 67 × 35 mm). 3D printed in black UV- and heat-resistant material. Lamps not included.
A Transit rarely stops working at dusk. A building site entrance, a forest track back to base, the last stretch onto a campsite pitch — factory dipped beams end exactly where the problem starts. A roof bar is out of the question, because a van is tall already and every centimetre counts under a barrier or a garage door.
These brackets hide the extra light where it bothers nobody: two LED lamps go inside the original radiator grille, with no change to the vehicle's height or outline.
The brackets were designed around the OSRAM Lightbar VX180-SP SR, measuring 192 × 67 × 35 mm. Other LED lamps of similar size and mounting pattern are allowed by the manufacturer — compare dimensions and mounting method before choosing a different model.
ORAX Systems produces the parts by 3D printing in black material resistant to UV and elevated temperature. That is not a marketing detail: a van grille holds radiator heat, and the flat front of a Transit takes full sun.
Fitting requires cutting away selected parts of the original radiator grille. That is what produces the best fit between lamps and grille. Test-fit the brackets with the lamps and mark what has to go before cutting. A complete set of mounting bolts is included.
The offer covers the brackets and bolts only. LED lamps are not included.
For owners of a 2014-2019 Transit Mk8 — a work van, a crew bus or a camper conversion — who need light where they work rather than another thing sticking out of the vehicle.
