The Master III Phase 2 has a tall, flat front and a grille with genuine space inside it — space worth using. In this class the extra light usually ends up on the roof, where it adds height and makes life harder at barriers and in underground car parks.

This bracket set puts two LED lamps inside the original radiator grille — no change in height and no structure in front of the bumper.

Which lamp it was built for

The brackets were designed around the OSRAM Lightbar MX250-CB, measuring 390 × 86 × 54 mm. Other LED lamps of similar size and mounting pattern are allowed by the manufacturer — compare dimensions and mounting method before choosing a different model.

Construction

ORAX Systems prints the brackets in 3D from black material resistant to UV and elevated temperature. A Master usually works year-round and lives outdoors, so the material has to cope both with a grille baking in summer and with a vehicle nobody ever puts in a garage.

Fitting — read this before you order

Fitting requires cutting away selected parts of the original radiator grille. With a 390 mm lamp this is not a token slot but real preparation of the space. A dry test-fit and an outline before cutting are essential here — the factory grille cannot be recreated later. A complete set of mounting bolts is included.
