ATV and UTV wheel spacers – mainly from XRW Racing, with options from Moose, All Balls and EPI. The range includes aluminium and polyamide spacers in several colours, model-specific sets for the Can-Am Maverick X3, Polaris RZR 1000 XP, Yamaha YXZ 1000R and Segway, and bolt extenders for Can-Am and Polaris.

Bolt pattern, thread and thickness

Pick a spacer by three things: the hub bolt pattern (shown in the name, e.g. 110/115, 4/136, 144/156), the stud thread (M10x1.25, M10x1.5, M12x1.25 or M12x1.5) and the thickness – from 25.4 to 51.8 mm, most often 35 or 45 mm. A wider track improves stability but puts more load on the wheel bearings. After fitting, torque the nuts to the vehicle manufacturer’s spec and re-check them after the first ride.
