Ready-made set of four underbody skid plates from the Heavy Cruiser OFFROAD line for the Toyota Hilux gen. IX "Travo" from 2026. Steel red finish, 4 mm structural steel, bolts into factory holes with no drilling or welding. Set weight 73.5 kg.
This is the shortest route from a showroom vehicle to one you can take off road and bring back under its own power: four underbody plates plus the winch mounting plate, in one order and cheaper than the same items bought separately.
The set covers radiators, engine, steering box, front axle, gearbox, transfer case and fuel tank — all in the steel red finish, from parts designed to join into one continuous underbody shield.

A practical note: the winch mounting plate in the package is always the steel one (WMHilux2026-hd), including in the aluminium package — that is what the manufacturer states and what we repeat here.
For owners of the new Hilux who actually intend to drive it off the tarmac, not just look ready for it. The factory covers on this vehicle are plastic and serve aerodynamics — the first serious contact with the ground cracks them, and what sits behind them is considerably more expensive.
The plate bolts into factory holes in the chassis — the manufacturer states plainly that no drilling or welding is needed, so the installation is reversible. It is worth fitting alongside the other Heavy Cruiser plates for this vehicle: they are designed to join into one continuous underbody shield rather than act as independent patches. Note that the product has no road homologation — it is equipment for off-road use.
Not sure which plate to start with? Tell us how you use the vehicle and we will say what takes the first hit in that kind of service.
Does fitting require drilling or welding?
No. The manufacturer states the plate bolts into factory holes in the chassis.
Will the plate make the drivetrain overheat?
The plate has additional openings intended to prevent that and to let mud clear. That is standard across the Heavy Cruiser Offroad line.
Can it be combined with the other plates?
Yes — the manufacturer designs the plates for this vehicle to form one coherent underbody shield. Ready-made sets and an Offroad package are available too.
Is the product homologated?
No. The manufacturer states plainly that it is not — it is for off-road use.
