Rhino-Rack Backbone Mounting System RJKB1

The roof of a Wrangler JK is not made to carry a heavy rack on its own – the hard top sits on a handful of points and will not take expedition loads. The Backbone solves that from the inside: an internal support frame fitted inside the hard top picks up the load and carries it out to mounting plates on both sides of the roof. Bars or a platform then go on top of that.
