An LED bar on the roof without a single hole in the panel. The set is two feet, each on two 88 mm magnets rated 40 kg - four magnets in all. The upright brackets grip the bar by its ends, the way factory mounts do, and the twin foot stops it tilting. The manufacturer states the mount is not approved for road use.
An LED bar on the roof usually means four holes in the panel and a decision you live with for years. That is not always an option - a lease, fresh paint, a vehicle kept for a season. A set of magnetic feet stands the bar up in seconds and takes it off just as fast.
The set holds two feet, each on two magnets - four 88 mm magnets rated 40 kg each. The upright brackets grip the bar by its ends, the way its factory mounts do, and the pair of magnets under each foot stops the light from tilting. The magnets are rubber coated, which protects the paint and adds friction.

The mount is not approved for road use. The manufacturer says so plainly: despite the strong twin magnet, with enough airflow and vibration the light can swing and, in the worst case, come off. This is a mount for working at a standstill - on a yard, in the woods or next to a machine - not for driving with a light on the roof.
Second point: the 40 kg figure applies to a flat surface. On a curved roof the contact area drops and the hold is noticeably weaker. Wipe sand and grit off the panel before you set the foot down.
LED bars and work panels mounted by their ends - the bracket hole is 8 mm, and if your light has a thicker bolt or you want it lower, the manufacturer allows the bracket to be re-drilled. On a very long bar it is worth adding a Pro Magnet Horizontal in the middle to support it flat.
How many pieces are in the set?
Two feet, so four magnets in total - a complete set for one LED bar.
Can I drive with the bar on the magnets?
The manufacturer does not allow it. With enough airflow and vibration the light can swing and, in the worst case, come off. This is a mount for working at a standstill and for moving a light between vehicles.
How does the Vertical differ from the Horizontal?
The Vertical has an upright bracket and holds the light by its ends, like the factory bar mounts - which is why it comes as a pair. The Horizontal is a flat foot with a hole on top, for lights with their own leg and for round work lights, and is sold singly. On a long bar the two can be combined: Vertical at the ends, Horizontal as support in the middle.
What bolt fits the bracket?
The hole is 8 mm. If your light has a thicker bolt, the bracket can be re-drilled - the manufacturer allows it, and it also lets you bring the light lower.
How well does it hold?
The manufacturer states 40 kg per magnet in vertical pull, with four magnets in the set. That figure applies to a flat surface - on a curved roof the contact area drops and the hold is weaker.
