Signs of a worn cable or hose
A throttle cable that sticks or does not return is a hazard – replace it immediately. Rubber hoses harden and crack over time, causing fuel or coolant leaks or air leaks. Bleed the cooling system after replacing coolant hoses and check the clamps on fuel lines.
