MetalCloak RAM 2500/3500 – Heavy Duty Suspension Parts & Upgrades

Preparing a RAM Heavy Duty for work, long-distance travel and off-road driving starts with the right suspension. In the MetalCloak RAM 2500/3500 section at Szekla4x4.pl, you’ll find solutions for lifting your truck, correcting suspension geometry and improving axle articulation. We start with your specific RAM configuration and how you actually use it.

For selected RAM 2500 Diesel models, MetalCloak offers 3.5-inch and 4.5-inch suspension systems. These combine True Dual Rate coils, adjustable control arms and supporting components designed around the increased ride height. Rear suspension configurations include an articulation-focused option or the Max Payload option, which retains the factory rear coils. Your usual cargo and towing requirements should guide that choice.

A distinctive MetalCloak solution is Lock-N-Load for the front radius arm suspension. When locked, the mechanism functions as a rigid control arm. When unlocked for off-road use, it allows additional movement to relieve suspension bind during articulation. Its Duroflex joints, featuring a Kevlar-enhanced elastomer, combine a wide range of movement with vibration damping.

For selected RAM 2500/3500 Diesel models, MetalCloak also offers 2.5-inch front levelling kits. These include coil spacers, control arm geometry correction brackets and components that reposition the factory shock mounts.

RAM 2500 suspension builds can also be equipped with RockSport BLACK remote reservoir shocks. Eight compression damping settings allow their response to be adjusted for different driving conditions. The correct shock version must match the lift height and vehicle configuration.

Fitment is checked individually for each product. Relevant details include whether you drive a 2500 or 3500, the model year, engine, factory suspension and existing modifications. Each kit and component has its own installation requirements.

At Szekla4x4.pl, we can help select MetalCloak parts, plan your upgrades and arrange installation and suspension setup. Tell us about your RAM — we’ll help you build a configuration that suits your project.
