Game-Changer Suspension for the Ford Bronco 6G

MetalCloak Game-Changer suspension systems increase the ride height of the Ford Bronco 6G and allow its geometry to be adapted for larger tyres and off-road use. The range includes a 2.5-inch suspension system and a more advanced RockSport BLACK system designed for configurations between 2.5 and 4 inches of lift.

A correctly selected system increases ground clearance and off-road capability while maintaining controlled suspension operation and predictable on-road handling.

RockSport BLACK Coilovers

Adjustable RockSport BLACK coilovers with remote reservoirs are available separately for the front and rear axles. They allow the suspension height to be set within the specified adjustment range and its performance to be matched to the vehicle’s intended use.

This solution is intended for drivers who require greater suspension adjustability, whether building an overland vehicle or a Bronco regularly used on demanding off-road trails.

Duroflex Control Arms and Suspension Geometry Components

MetalCloak adjustable rear Duroflex control arms help position the axle correctly after the vehicle has been lifted. Duroflex joints provide a high degree of articulation while helping to reduce the vibration and noise commonly associated with competition-style spherical joints.

The range includes rear upper and lower control arms, complete control-arm sets, replacement Duroflex bushings, an adjustable rear Durotrak track bar and front upper Durotrak A-arms. A tie-rod brace kit is also available to reinforce the factory steering components against the increased loads generated during off-road use.

UnderCloak Underbody Armour

The integrated UnderCloak armour system protects vulnerable components underneath the vehicle from rocks, roots and other trail obstacles. MetalCloak offers separate systems developed for two-door and four-door versions of the Ford Bronco 6G.

The protection package can be expanded with a muffler skid plate, front and rear lower control-arm skid plates, rear shock skid plates and protection for the M220 rear differential. A reinforced MetalCloak “M” differential cover is also available.

Bumpers, Rocker Protection and Body Armour

MetalCloak offers front bumper systems in winch-compatible and non-winch configurations, together with a heavy-duty rear bumper. These components are designed for off-road use and improve both vehicle protection and practical functionality.

Overline Rocker Rails protect the lower body and sills when driving over rocks and other obstacles. Separate versions are available for two-door and four-door Broncos, while the four-door rails can be equipped with bolt-on steps to make entering and exiting the vehicle easier.

Additional Tyre Clearance and Tailgate Accessories

Fender Delete & Tire Clearance kits and the Max Clearance Kit increase the available space around larger tyres. Versions are available for both two-door and four-door body styles.

The aluminium SportGate tyre carrier supports a larger spare wheel on the rear tailgate. The range also includes spare tyre delete components, licence plate and third brake light relocation kits, as well as retainers for installing factory parking sensors in an aftermarket bumper.
