MetalCloak offers complete suspension systems and durable off-road parts for the Jeep Wrangler JK, produced from 2007 to 2018. The range includes products for the short-wheelbase 2-door JK and the 4-door Wrangler Unlimited JKU, including components designed for the Rubicon.
Individual MetalCloak components are engineered to work together as a complete system. This allows the Wrangler to be prepared for daily driving, overland travel or demanding off-road use while maintaining correct suspension and steering geometry.
This category includes MetalCloak suspension systems, shock absorbers, control arms, track bars, steering components, underbody protection, fenders, bumpers and rack systems for the Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU.
The range includes True Dual Rate lift kits, complete Game-Changer systems and advanced Long Arm suspension configurations. Lift heights from 2.5" to 5.5" are available, allowing the setup to be matched to the tyre size, additional vehicle weight and intended use.
Game-Changer systems include adjustable control arms fitted with Duroflex joints. Their design allows the suspension to operate at large articulation angles without the binding associated with rigid joints. At the same time, they help isolate noise, vibration and impacts transferred to the body.
Adjustable control arms, chromoly Durotrak track bars, relocation brackets and DB3 geometry-correction systems help restore correct suspension geometry after lifting the vehicle. The range also includes True Dual Rate springs, sway bar links, quick-disconnect links, extended brake lines and HydraStrike bump stops.
MetalCloak suspension systems can be combined with RockSport RED shocks, adjustable RockSport BLACK remote-reservoir shocks or advanced 6Pak shock absorbers.
RockSport BLACK shocks allow the suspension characteristics to be adjusted for on-road driving, off-road terrain, additional vehicle weight and the driver’s individual preferences.
The range also includes shock-mount relocation kits, reservoir brackets, extensions and service parts for selected shocks. When choosing the correct configuration, consider the lift height and required suspension travel.
Adjustable MetalCloak control arms make it possible to position the axles correctly and restore suspension geometry after installing a lift. You can purchase a complete set of Duroflex control arms or upgrade the suspension gradually by replacing individual pairs.
Durotrak track bars made from solid chromoly help correctly position the front and rear axles beneath the vehicle. Relocation brackets and components designed for long-travel suspension systems are also available.
Larger wheels and demanding off-road driving increase the load placed on the Wrangler JK’s factory steering system. MetalCloak offers heavy-duty tie rods, drag links, Hi-Steer kits, Baller Joints and RockSport steering stabilisers.
The correct selection of steering components should consider the lift height, front axle type, wheel size and other vehicle modifications. This helps prevent geometry problems and maintain predictable handling.
UnderCloak armour systems protect the most important components beneath the vehicle. MetalCloak offers separate systems for the 2-door JK and 4-door JKU, together with additional skid plates for control-arm mounts, shock mounts and drivetrain components.
The range also includes tube fenders, inner fenders, rocker protection, rock sliders and rear corner armour. These components protect the vehicle during off-road driving and can provide additional clearance for larger tyres.
MetalCloak offers Frame-Built front bumpers in several configurations, allowing the width, corner design and additional equipment to be matched to the vehicle’s intended use.
The range also includes rear bumpers, SportGate systems and reinforced spare-wheel carriers. These components are particularly important after fitting a larger and heavier wheel that could overload the factory tailgate.
Adventure Rack systems and other accessories designed for the Wrangler JK complete the category.
